You experience problems when using a computer or laptop?

Do not worry. Try to follow the steps below!

1. Check the wiring connections inside and outside the device anda.Terutama PC power cable connection, power HDDs, power PSU to the mainboard, HDD data, and monitor cables. 
2. If you use a laptop, then make sure every component in your laptop is tight and right in place. 
3. Check is still any display on the screen? If there is no display, try to check the electricity. 
4. If there is display, check if the HDD is detected? 
5. Check the temperature in the BIOS or use the software checks the temperature which can be downloaded for free at the Hardware Monitor. For check temperature from the BIOS go to the menu "System Health". For PC Pentium 4 maximum normal temperature at 65 degrees, for Dual Core or Core2Duo maximum normal temperature at 50-55 degrees. 
6. Clean up your components and put it back into place. 
7. If the problem persists, take it to our engineers.

1. Cek koneksi kabel-kabel di dalam maupun di luar perangkat anda.Terutama koneksi kabel power PC, power HDD, power PSU ke Mainboard, data HDD, dan kabel monitor.
2. Apabila anda menggunakan laptop, maka pastikan setiap komponen di laptop anda kencang
3. Deteksi apakah masih ada tampilan di layar? Apabila tidak ada tampilan, coba cek kelistrikan.
4. Apabila ada tampilan coba cek, apakah HDD terdeteksi?
5. Cek suhu di dalam BIOS atau gunakan software cek suhu yang bisa didownload gratis di Hardware Monitor. Untuk di BIOS masuk ke menu "System Health". Untuk PC Pentium 4 suhu normal di 65 derajat, untuk Dual Core atau Core2Duo suhu normal maksimal di 50-55 derajat.
6. Bersihkan komponen-komponen anda dan pasang kembali ke tempat semula.
7. Apabila masih bermasalah, bawa saja ke teknisi kami.
